In 2012, Juan Ponce de León, a restaurateur from Cádiz with 40 years’ experience in the industry, opened Oliver Café inside El Corte Inglés in Cádiz.

A bistro/café with a single aim: to serve the best coffee in the area, accompanied by a selection of carefully crafted pastries made fresh daily, artisanal cakes, and tapas and canapés made with local produce of the highest quality.

Our breakfasts, featuring Iberian ham muffins, homemade salmorejo and extra virgin olive oil, are something of an institution.

Located on the ground floor next to the shoe shop, its tastefully decorated interior evokes the atmosphere of a Parisian Art Nouveau café.
