Galicia’s most fun and charitable race is back for its eleventh edition! The event will take place on Saturday 17 October in the afternoon.
The 13th Race for Inclusion is a fun obstacle course, covering an urban route of approximately 2.5 km. It is a unique event in Galicia that began in 2014 as a fun, non-competitive race which, through play, promotes inclusion and raises the profile of groups and individuals with functional diversity, as well as fostering respect and education regarding diversity.
The race is open to everyone: children of all ages, families, athletes and non-athletes, men, women, people with reduced mobility, etc. Anyone who wants to enjoy and take part in a fun race.
The obstacles will be spread out along the entire route; they will be accessible, optional for those who do not wish to tackle them, and allergy-friendly (gluten-free flour). Information about the obstacles will be shared in the days leading up to the event. At every obstacle, there will also be a team of volunteers to support, assist and liven up the obstacle. They will oversee the smooth running of the event and ensure the safety of participants throughout the race.
