Within the framework of the international celebration of theatre, commemorating World Day of Performing Arts for Children and Youth (March 20) and World Theatre Day (March 27), the Ámbito Cultural of ​​Santiago is organizing a special activity aimed at bringing theatre closer to young people.

The workshop will be led by Carlos Labraña, one of Galicia's most prominent playwrights in the field of children's and young adult theatre. With over fifty published books and an extensive career recognized with awards such as Folla Novas, Manuel María, Barriga Verde, Facho, Xeración Nós, Estornela, and SGAE, Labraña will share his experience and approach to dramatic creation with the participants.

The aim is to introduce schoolchildren to theater through a fun, participatory, and educational session that allows students to discover dramatic literature from the inside: listening to it, performing it, and enjoying it.

Students from Alca School will attend this session, specially invited to participate in this experiential activity.
