World War II (1939-1945). Harry Morgan and Eddie are two sailors trying to make a living on the island of Martinique by renting out their pleasure boat. Despite their reluctance, they are eventually forced to work for the Resistance.
This is the first collaboration between the duo Bacall and Bogart, a film noir based on a novel by Ernest Hemingway.
The event will be presented by Dr. Lourdes Jiménez Fernández, the series' coordinator.
