On Saturday, May 23rd, at 12:00 p.m., in the bookstore (5th floor) at El Corte Inglés Vigo, we will be hosting a very special mindfulness workshop for the little ones at home.
Through the story “Matilde y sus viajes”, children will learn to relax, imagine, and sleep better. Inspired by real experiences, this book guides young readers through a journey filled with calm, learning, and emotion.
