The Galician Athletics Federation and the A Coruña City Council are organising the 20th C10 Popular Race. The event, included in the official competition calendar of the FGA and the RFEA, will take place on 4 October on a fully urban circuit.

Registrations In‑person registration can be completed at the Sports Department of El Corte Inglés A Coruña. There are two periods:

• - Reduced fee: From 28 July to 15 August → 10 €
• - Standard fee: From 17 August to 25 September → 15 €

Categories (men and women)

• - Sub 20: born in 2007–2008
• - Sub 23: born in 2004–2006
• - Senior: born from 2003 up to 34 years old
• - Master 1: 35–39 years old on race day
• - Master 2: 40–44 years old on race day
• - Master 3: 45–49 years old on race day
• - Master 4: 50–54 years old on race day
• - Master 5: 55–59 years old on race day
• - Master 6: 60–64 years old on race day
• - Master 7: 65+ years old on race day
• - Athletes with disabilities*: born in 2008 or earlier. Three categories:
  • A) Wheelchair athletes without propulsion mechanisms (only arm push on the wheel rim).
  • B) Visual impairments.
  • C) Intellectual impairments.

Prizes – General

• - 1st → 1000 €
• - 2nd → 700 €
• - 3rd → 500 €
• - 4th → 350 €
• - 5th → 250 €

Spanish athletes (non‑cumulative prize)

• - 1st Spanish athlete → 400 €
• - 2nd Spanish athlete → 250 €
• - 3rd Spanish athlete → 150 € (Spanish nationality accredited with DNI)

Galician athletes (non‑cumulative prize)

• - 1st Galician athlete → 400 €
• - 2nd Galician athlete → 250 €
• - 3rd Galician athlete → 150 €

(Galician status accredited with birth certificate or registration certificate sent to secretaria@atletismo.gal)

A Coruña athletes (non‑cumulative prize)

• - 1st Coruñés/a → 200 €
• - 2nd Coruñés/a → 150 €
• - 3rd Coruñés/a → 100 €

Special Prize – Race Record (cumulative)

The athlete who wins the race and breaks the event record — men (28'09") or women (31'40") — will receive 2,000 €.

Youth Races Free registration through the Galician Athletics Federation website: www.carreirasgalegas.com. No runner will be admitted without registration and without the official bib with integrated chip.
