On Thursday, March 19th, starting at 6:00 PM, you can attend the conference 'Evolution of Virtualization and Interpretation of Cultural Heritage: From 360º Photography to AI' at El Corte Inglés Málaga, presented by José Manuel López González, founder of Virtual Tours.

This conference will explore the evolution of technologies applied to the virtualization of cultural heritage, showing how tools and methodologies have changed in recent years.

The presentation will begin with early experiences using spherical photography and 360º panoramas, progressing to more complex techniques such as photogrammetry, laser scanning, and LiDAR systems, which have allowed for the highly accurate representation of heritage spaces and objects.

From there, the conference will analyze the integration of artificial intelligence throughout the entire process, from data capture and processing to the interpretation, documentation, and dissemination of heritage.

The session will offer a practical and up-to-date perspective on how these technologies are redefining the preservation, accessibility, and communication of cultural heritage.
