Synopsis

Luz attends a creative writing course and learns that she doesn't know the true story of her family and her life, so she decides to use literary writing to reconstruct it. The research and documentation process she carries out to create this life novel will reveal details and events that were already there, waiting, hidden and silent somewhere in her memory. Reflection on literature, the discovery of family secrets stemming from a destructive civil war, and the reconfiguration of one's own identity are the themes addressed in "Conta, Scheherazade," a novel that unfolds as one reads. About the author

Suso de Toro (Santiago de Compostela, 1956) has a degree in Modern and Contemporary Art. In 2003, he won the National Narrative Prize.
