María Gil Molinos (Vigo, 1973), a specialist in people development and an expert in negotiation and business organization, has dedicated her professional career to holding leadership roles in human resources at companies across various industrial sectors, where she has driven improvements with a positive impact on the business, standing out for her ability to bring about changes in organizational culture.

Passionate about reading and writing from a young age, María has managed to combine her curiosity for coaching, NLP, communication, and emotional intelligence—disciplines she has integrated into her professional and personal life—with her love of books.
